Let me tell you, I wish they were introduced to me years ago when I was recovering from the deadly Motor vehicle accident.  And then a couple years later when my marriage ended.  

What wasn’t working for me was being able to fall or stay asleep.  The cause, I mentioned, was recovering and divorce.  Due to my lack of sleep, I was unable to focus or stay interested in what brought me joy.  Exercise, being with friends, staying awake during the day, etc..
